Shipping Costs
As of February 2023 we use automatic calculated shipping through Shopify and USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL partnerships. Your shipping price depends on your order, weight, and distance from our location to yours. Shipping prices are calculated during checkout.
US Shipping and Order Fulfillment
All orders ship via United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted in your order shipment notification email / text. Order statuses and package shipment tracking information is automatically generated and sent from our website to the e-mail address or phone number provided at checkout. If you don't see it, be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder. In-stock orders ship within 3 business days unless otherwise noted or if other extenuating circumstances/holidays arise. Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking information provided to monitor the status and delivery of your order.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but are actively working to get this set up. We will send out an e-mail to everyone on our list when this feature is added.
Handcrafted Soap
Soap is a personal hygienic product. As such, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on our handcrafted soap. Our handmade soap is designed to be used immediately. If you must store them, place them in a cool, dark, dry area, but please use as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a lack of degradation in our products due to environmental variables where you live. As with any natural product, our colorants and scents may fade with time, especially if not properly stored. This is not a defect of our soaps, but a natural result of not using chemical preservatives or high-concentrations of scents in our products.
Allergy Warning: People with skin sensitivities or allergies should first test the soap on a small spot of the skin and stop using it if any irritation occurs.
Rude, Hateful, or Aggressive Conduct
If at any time a customer gets rude, hateful, or aggressive towards Green Acre Homestead or any of its representatives, our customer service folks will cease all communication with them. We will not allow our employees to endure verbal abuse from our customers. We stand behind our products and services, but outlandish behavior will not be tolerated.
